Return Policy
Unfortunately all sales are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns OR exchanges. Once your payment has been verified and confirmed processing on your order it can not be canceled or refunded.
If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at Info@desiredhaircompany.com IMMEDIATELY within 1 business day of receiving your produuct. If your product is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being tampered. MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed.
We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 business days processing for returns.

Shipping Terms
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect products once they are in route to you. Orders can take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
